BOOKING PROCESSS
A $50 USD deposit is required per person for each excursion or package in order to secure your booking. Your initial deposit will be deducted off the remaining balance. Once we receive confirmation of payment you will be sent an invoice. Please make sure to inform us at the time of booking if you need transportation services from and to your hotel.
MEDIA CONTENT
For marketing purposes, we will use media content of our guests experiencing the luxury of our own excursions.
REFUND/CANCELLATIONS
Refunds or returns for bookings made with Palmer Tours Jamaica are subject to the following conditions:
1. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour will be eligible for a full refund.
2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours. In such cases, customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
4. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe specified by Palmer Tours Jamaica.
